I joined Simco Restaurants as the Executive Chef of the Pier Market restaurant in 1995. Since then, we have grown to six restaurants on San Francisco’s Pier 39. We always maintain a strong commitment towards 100% sustainable seafood and encourage others to do the same by posting recipes online.
